Eva Lowe

Eva Lowe has been an educator for the past 25 years. She has a B.Ed in Special Education and an M.A. in Teaching Children at Risk. Most recently, she completed two years with Winnipeg School Division as a Special Education Resource Teacher/Resource Teacher. Past projects have included 10 years with the Central Okanagan School District and 12 years with Edmonton Public Schools.
